ValorChange operates as a cryptocurrency exchange without KYC, ensuring customer privacy by not collecting any personal information. ValorChange does not accept cryptocurrencies associated with illegal activities; however, compared to competitors, we commit to returning your cryptocurrencies without any restrictions, without asking for the source, without any KYC, and you can request the return of your cryptocurrencies without any issues. This is our main advantage as an exchange.

[Exchange]

1.1 Kindly be advised that the exchange process could take anywhere from 2 to 60 minutes to be finalized.
1.2 Before using the service, it is recommended to carefully review the terms and fees set by the platform to make an informed decision about the exchange.
1.3 If you have made an error during the exchange and sent an amount that is either lower or higher than the indicated amount on the platform, please get in touch with ValorChange. Kindly provide your address crypto, order number, and Txid transaction id so that we can provide you with the necessary assistance.

[Confidentiality]

2.1 ValorChange does not store any of your personal data or information such as IP address, hardware you are using, cookies, or browser information.
2.2 ValorChange guarantees that your transactions will never be disclosed to authorities as ValorChange does not store any personal information about its users.
2.3 ValorChange commits to deleting the support data received via email two days after the issue has been resolved in order to uphold data privacy and security standards.

[Refunds]

4.1 After the exchange has been finalized, any transactions carried out on the platform with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptocurrencies will be considered final.
4.2 Customers who send cryptocurrencies involved in illegal activities will not have their exchange processed. However, the customer may request the return of their cryptocurrencies by providing the order number and crypto address for the return. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the network fees for the return of their cryptocurrencies.

[Responsibility]

5.1 It is important to recognize that we cannot be held responsible for any repercussions arising from the incorrect transfer of cryptocurrency due to inaccurate customer information.
5.2 ValorChange cannot be held responsible or provide assistance if the exchange order number is not recorded, as this will be entirely the customer's responsibility.

[Support and troubleshooting]

6.1 If you encounter any issues during the exchange process such as an error in the amount entered, a bug occurring during the exchange, non-receipt of your cryptocurrencies, sending an amount lower or higher than indicated, you should contact ValorChange via email providing the order number, the crypto address, the transaction number Txid, and a description of the problem. Please make sure to provide accurate details in order to resolve the issue.

[Service rights]

7.1 Users must not misrepresent, misinform, or mislead ValorChangein any way.
7.2 We retain the authority to modify these regulations at any given time without advance notice.
7.3 Prior to 01.07.2024, any advertising or promotional materials are considered obsolete, incorrect, or not in line with our current service terms.
